Belotero dermal filler

If you’re in or around Manhattan or Englewood, NJ, come in to Esthetica MD for a consultation. The Esthetica MD team is dedicated to providing the most natural results in a comfortable, soothing environment.

Belotero is a hyaluronic acid-based injectable filler,  like Juvéderm or Restylane. An FDA-approved material, it adds volume to your face to give your skin a smoother, younger appearance.

Dr. Dimitry Rabkin at Esthetica MD in Englewood, New Jersey, is a trained expert in administering Belotero, delivering benefits like:

During your initial consultation, tell your doctor about any medications you’re taking including aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and warfarin blood thinners. If you suffer from certain allergies or anaphylaxis, you can’t have Belotero injections.

Belotero Treatment

If Dr. Rabkin determines you’re a good candidate, he administers the dermal filler using an advanced micro cannula technique, which means no needles are used in the procedure. Belotero reduces the lines and folds in your skin, delivering a natural look. Different varieties of the dermal filler are available for different uses, but Belotero Balance is the most commonly used around your cheeks, chin, eyes, nose and lips.

You may need a series of treatments for one or more target areas. Where and how many you receive depends on your cosmetic goals or the extent of needed repairs. The amount of the dermal filler used at each site varies by individual. That’s why a consultation is so important: it sets your goals and expectations.

Belotero vs. Juvéderm

Juvéderm is a hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler just like Belotero. Both show immediate results after a treatment. The most notable difference between Belotero and Juvéderm is the difference in lasting results. Belotero typically lasts from six months to a year, based on the specific variety Dr. Rabkin uses:

  • Belotero Balance/Belotero Basic.

These fillers eliminate moderate lines on your face, but they can also create enhanced or contoured lips.

  • Belotero Soft.

Used for fine lines and lip enhancement, this dermal filler creates results that last up to a year.

  • Belotero Intense.

As the name implies, this variety fills in deep, severe facial lines. It also adds lip volume for Belotero lips that may last up to one year.

  • Belotero Volume.

This filler restores volume to your cheeks and temples. Your results may last up to 18 months.

Dr. Rabkin at Esthetica MD walks you through the entire treatment process so you know what to expect. While Belotero procedures are considered cosmetic and not covered by insurance, you have options. Come in for an appointment  to learn more.

Esthetica MD offer the most amazing treatments. Staff is professional, unique and unbeatable. Enjoy your visit. Dr. Rabkin made me feel so comfortable at my consultation that I’m not one bit nervous anymore. Very excited for my fillers.
