#1 Make sure your lips are hydrated and exfoliated. Our lips tend to get dry and chapped, which makes for a very unflattering lipstick application.

#2 Apply a lipstick primer or your eye shadow primer to your lips. Make sure it’s colorless.

#3 Next, use a lip pencil, chose a color that matches your lips. This will give the illusion of fuller lips. Use a lip brush to blend the pencil on your entire lips. We like Urban Decay Lip Potion Primer and Nars Eye Shadow primer as a lip base.

#4 Apply your lipstick using a lip brush.. By using a lip brush you can add several layers without making your lips cakey and heavy looking. A lips brush guarantees a flawless application! Blot lightly with tissue and game on!
