When possible we recommend booking appointments at least one week in advance. Of course we will be happy to
book appointments with less notice pending therapist and schedule availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that all technicians are scheduled and earn their living based upon the appointments
you've made, so, in the event that you will not be able to keep your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES made with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of total services booked.
ALL NO SHOWS will be charged FULL PRICE for all services booked!
